magisteraArgh. Nothing of use accomplished today. Trying desperately to find an apartment. Suspect I will end up paying more than I wanted to in order to live downtown, where all the lights are bright. And probably to move to Belmont in a year or so, or back to Canada, who knows? But on the other hand, downtown is where PSU is, and I could theoretically enroll as an unclassified graduate student and take classes.
Gah. I spent five hours driving all over town and looking at apartments today. It is a tale not fit for human consumption. Including the part where I spent an hour sitting in a lobby, waiting for agent-dude to show me the apartment, and scribbling a slightly...vicious bit of Remus/Regulus that just came up out of nowhere and is probably also not fit for human consumption.
Tomorrow is really time to buckle my ass down and do some real work. OTOH, right now is for finding something nice to read to send me off to bed with :P
